Cleveland, OH- Troy Parks (31) has been charged with rape & gross sexual imposition of a 12 year old child.
The mother of the child (whose name is withheld) was
preparing to go to bed when she discovered Parks on top of her daughter
NAKED. The mother reached for her pocket knife then proceeded to stab
Parks five times in the chest & once in the back of the head. Both
the mother & child sustained cuts on their hands during the
struggle.
Parks told police that the mother attacked him because she believed the child had "feelings" for him.
